If your vehicle's repairable and off to one of our Recommended Repair Centres (RRCs), they'll aim to provide a small three door hatchback within 8 working hours of its arrival. You'll get to keep this for the duration of the repairs.

Total loss
If your car's a total loss, and you have the entitlement, then Enterprise Rent a Car will provide you a vehicle for a length of time, in line with your policy terms and conditions.
Non fault hire
In some circumstances, if a claim is non fault, we may be able to provide hire through Enterprise Rent a Car whether you have the cover as standard or not. We'll discuss this with you at the first report stage.
